Beautiful, centrally located hotel in Copenhagen

What a beautiful and comfortable hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was delicious! There were so many options and such a huge variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, hot food and delicious coffee options. The hotel also offered a “cozy hour”, in which they provided you a complimentary glass of wine or beer to enjoy in their beautiful lounge area. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could!

The room was too loud, too warm, but everything outside the room was really good.

The Breakfast was excellent! Also for vegans. But my room was soo warm! I need to let the window open all the time, but it was very loud, too. So in every way extremely overwhelming. It was just about 18-20 °C outside, I don't want to know how the room has to be with 30 or 38 °C outside. Also the bed, the materials aren't good for this temperature.
Everything else was really good, everyone was very friendly.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. We had a medical emergency that required a lot of time to handle. The 2 women who helped us were unbelieveably efficient and determined to solve our problem. The location is excellent. Our only complaint was the room itself. The bathroom shower was not good. It didn't drain well and the floor was wet. In addition, the room was too funky. We had to dodge around shelves and beams constantly. My wife hit her head on a shelf that brought blood. Overall, in spite of our complaints, we enjoyed the staff and the location.

Very noisy

Very noisy! We booked a family room, which faced very noisy streets. We could not open a window during the night because of it. There is no a/c in the room. So, we had 2 terrible nights there. The location and the breakfast are good. Also if you need to stay inside during the day, be aware of the construction work in the building nearby.
