3 Day Stay

It was a great experience to visit South Harbour
The service was ready with all the questions I had regarding parking and breakfast
Room good size clean and nice also nice they ask if they have to save on cleaning all days
Breakfast is good but maybe a little better Bacon The staff was quick to clean the tables Thanks ☺️

Our magical Copenhagen.

The hotel is overall of good quality. Friendly and welcoming staff. Superb and abundant breakfast rich in every delicacy. Spacious rooms. The only downside was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, our room (a master suite) was dusty in every corner. Under the nightstands, under the entrance furniture, etc. Moreover, the bathroom trash can was dirty and had old waste in it. However, aside from this, highly recommended.

In typical Scandic fashion, this was a great stay. The room was nice, clean and of a high standard. Breakfast was also great, with a good selection.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily come back again.

Disappointing Customer Service

Very disappointing experience.
We were not informed at check-in that our car had to be registered for parking and received a €130 parking charge. The hotel later admitted we had not been informed, but still refused to offer any goodwill or compensation.
The biggest disappointment was not the fine itself, but the poor customer service. A simple reminder at reception would have prevented the entire situation.
Unfortunately, this experience means we will not stay at Scandic Sydhavnen or any other Scandic hotel again.

Unpleasant throughout!

This was our birthday holiday & it was disappointing all thanks to scandic sydhavnen! Reception staff Tasha & Gustav were a bit non-cooperative. The hygiene standards are quite poor in this hotel. There was no kettle in a standard room, when asked for one, was given an uncleaned one without even checking if its usable or not. The only ray of sunshine was Jasmine whom I met in the morning shift who was kind & cooperative with our needs.
