I stayed in a capsule, it was too hot, the fan/ac didn’t work. When trying to contact the “reception” emails went unanswered, and calls not picked up. The reception isn’t on site, so there’s no staff to talk to in person.
Being a hostel type accommodation it was really loud with other guests coming and going at all hours. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep.
The location is great, the showers were fine, as were the toilets. Never had a wait to use either

Worst capsule/pod ever, don't go

I booked a 2-day stay for €130 and was assigned Capsule #25. The exhaust fan inside the capsule was completely broken. Every time I pressed the fan button, the LED just kept blinking, clearly indicating a fault. With no ventilation, the capsule became extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the reception multiple times and even sent videos showing the issue. Despite clear evidence, they refused to fix the problem or offer any alternative. Instead, I was told, "It is what it is," and the staff spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. Paying guests deserve a functional room and basic customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Okay for a place to sleep if, for example, you have train connections. The room was super tiny, with basically just enough space for the bed, but the bed itself was comfortable. It was easy to check in late in the evening thanks to the access codes provided. It would have been nice to have some kind of common area or kitchen.

where to sleep? not here!!!! this was the worst hostel me or my girlfriend have stayed in ever. there was no ventilation in the capsule and it was so hot we had to sleep with the door open. the shower was covered in black mould on the walls and ceiling. there was also no code to enter the building so i was messaging the property to try to rectify the issue but they didn’t respond for hours. the phone number wasn’t working either to try and call them. there is like 3 toilets shared between about 30 beds and there are no common areas it is literally just a place to sleep if that. i think you would have a better nights sleep in a coffin. there was very small lockers to store personal belongings but it was only able to fit one suitcase and it wasn’t close to the bed. the proximity to the train station is good, only about 100m and other things to do are very close, so that is the main benefit of this place. i would have rather stayed somewhere else a little further that didn’t make me feel like i was going to suffocate in my sleep. the bed itself was comfortable but it was very short so i think a tall person would have an even more rough time staying here. luckily i am not that tall so it wasn’t an issue for me. at a price of $322 australian dollars per night i paid, even booking it over a month in advance made this an extremely unenjoyable place to stay. also the single toilet for the capsules was incredibly small, i am rather slim and it was still difficult to squeeze myself around the door to get into the toilet. honestly if you are large i think that toilet would be actually unusable.

Room was clean and didn’t get any noise from outside, the location was amazing, right in the centre of everything. Only negatives were if rooms next to you opened their door it sounded like it was your door being opened and the toilet always seemed to be blocked which was a bit offputting at times.
