My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here at Hotel Bymose Hegn. The people and service was great! The room was clean and comfortable. There was so much to do! Swimming, soccer, volleyball, billiards, ping pong, darts, and much more! And the breakfast was great!!! I will definitely be coming again if the opportunity arises.

Details always make a difference!

I booked a double room, but it seemed more like a single with a double bed, which was pushed against the wall on one side; in fact, there was only one nightstand, and to lie down on the wall side, you had to climb from the foot of the bed.
There were also towels only for one person, one pillow, one comforter... in short, it was furnished as if it were a single room.
We brought this to the attention of the reception, which justified everything because we booked in the late afternoon (around 4 PM, I believe) and the room service (which is external to the hotel) had not had time to prepare the room: The receptionist delivered the missing towels and sheet to our room, told us that we would find the pillow and comforter in the closet, and that was it... self-service, as if we were in a one-star hotel in the suburbs!!! The room's decor is a bit old, not to say worn out; there is an iron and ironing board, but no minibar.
They didn't even explain the services that the hotel offers; for example, I only discovered on TripAdvisor that the hotel has a nice garden where you can enjoy the sun and have a glass of wine...
On the other hand, the breakfast was really complete and with quality products and fresh bread.
What a shame... because a little more attention would have definitely made the stay better.
The price is average, which does not justify the shortcomings.

Nice and quiet

At this conference center we stayed one night. There was no conference when we were here. It was big, empty, quiet and comfortable, with finitely long corridors.
There is a swimming pool and sauna which we did not try.
The surroundings are quiet and it is quite close to the small community of Helsing, with a pedestrian street, some shops and eateries. There is no supper or dinner at the hotel. But there is breakfast, a perfectly ok breakfast with things that I like - chia pudding, skyr and fruit.
Very friendly staff. Possibility to get separate beds in the room and a large parking just outside.
A hotel to return to. Nothing extra, but everything you need.

A find for the price and extremely service-minded staff

Got a nice big room and used the site's pool and sauna with free towels - many times.
Dinner was at a local restaurant where hotel guests can get a discount - ask reception for discount coupons.
Free parking, VERY quiet and green surroundings. Extremely friendly staff who provided great flexibility. Free coffee at reception 24/7
Will definitely visit again.
