Nice stay

Was kindly received by Mathias, who gave good information with a smile.
Nice room, great soaps, good beds and lovely breakfast buffet. There was clean and beautiful surroundings

Dirty

The young woman at the front desk was very cute and welcoming when we checked in.
But otherwise there was dirty in several places.

Not 4 stars.

An ok hotel with friendly staff, one must arrive by car as it is located a bit outside the city, try to avoid the standard rooms they are very small, and our smelled not very well, there was and very low pressure on the water and poor pull in the drain and toilet. the room was fine clean. the food was good, there were however too many ants there where we were put on the terrace. nice large selection of breakfast, the staff was however a little lazy.

Nice but noisy

The room was pretty nice. Here was what was supposed to be, and here was clean. However, I do not understand why remote controls are not cleaned. Add it was nasty!!
There was no sound insulation out to the hallway. We stayed in the first room and were awakened at night. I don't think that's okay.
The breakfast buffet had a huge selection, and there was also some quietness in the dining room, with a fine distance between most tables. A couple of the dishes might well have had a sign, so we were not in doubt about what we ate.

To get new towels, you have to scan a QR code and provide your room number, after which you receive a confirmation. Apparently, this system doesn’t always work, even after receiving the confirmation, and the staff were not very helpful in resolving the issue. You were then expected to collect the towels yourself, even though it clearly wasn’t your fault. It also seems that remarks may be made, as nothing was asked at checkout about whether my stay was satisfactory. All in all, a rather unusual experience.
