Very friendly service from all employees

Nicely hotel located in a shopping mall. Free parking in underground parking. Short distance to local train (S-Tog) to central Copenhagen.
Normally it is also easy to reach the hotel by car; but currently in the next couple of years (2023) look out for the signs during the construction og the new light train line.

Basic

Stayed here for 2 nights during my business trip. The room isnvery basic consisting of 2 single beds. There is no tissue pape and kettle provided in the room. There is also no body lotion in the bathroom. When I checked in I found a ling hair in the bath tub. On the 2nd day the cleaning wasn't done thoroughly and there was hair in the sink. Sound insulation is not good, could hear doors opening closing, footsteps etc..
The single bed consisting of a hard mattress and a mattress topper which wasn't comfortable. Pillow was small and needed 2 of them to get support. For the high rate they charged, its definitely overpriced for what they offer.

Partially renovated hotel

The contrast in the room is marked. The sleeping area is modern, simple but ergonomic. The bathroom is from another age: antideluvian switches, shower head on the verge of breaking, bomb tiles and a bathtub that will have seen generations of travelers.
The quality of sleep is excellent, the breakfast is good, the staff very friendly. Free and convenient underground parking

Fantastic staff

Lovely hotel, bathroom area was a bit grubby and dirty. In the room the outside noise can be quite intrusive, not the best sound insulated rooms as you can hear other room doors closing and peoples footsteps in the corridors.

P!!!!

The hotel states that there is free parking in the P basement, but nothing that it requires a car under 180 cm. otherwise there is no parking at the hotel. and they refer to other parking options around the city. so it will be faster to take Scandic in the south harbor and then drive the 10 km. than finding another parking option. bad information
