Clean and functional bed and breakfast

I stayed in this bed and breakfast for 3 nights in a family room with two single beds and a set of bunk beds. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was warm and welcoming and accomodating of our changing arrival times.
The family room shared a shower/toilet and separate toilet with other rooms in the property. I was happy with this arrangement, but others may not be.
There is also a shared kitchen/dining area and seating area outside of the rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge / freezer and microwave.
Breakfast is not included in the rate, but was 75DKK per person payable in cash. Breakfast was simple and continental style and included cold meats / cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, oranges/pears, selection of breads and jam. A hot option of soft boiled eggs was available. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of fruit juices were also provided.
The property is well placed to explore South Jutland and day and evening trips to Billund (40 minutes) and Ribe (20 minutes) were straightforward.
Given the location and type of accommodation, we thought the property was well priced. This is not a 5* property or hotel standard given the shared facilities, so travellers should not expect this, but is clean, warm, spacious and comfortable with welcoming hosts.
