Terrible place, good location.

Arrived at the hotel, where the sent code to the room did not work. Much talk with English speaking call center who sent a new code to the room. No reception on site. There were holes in the carpet, patched walls, lamps hanging out of the wall. TV didn't work. Dirty towels. Rolling curtains that didn't work properly. High price of room compared to other hotels. Stay away from that hotel!

Terrible!!!

The worst hotel I've ever experienced.
Payed extra for the balcony – didn’t get it. Standing in the hallway for 1.5 hours, having no idea what they were doing, and even trying to give me rooms that were already busy.
Finally just got to know that there was nothing to do. Was promised a new room the next day – never heard anything, and it was instead given to a school class.
The room was worn and destroyed, and the service was non-existent.
Totally unprofessional. Stay away.

Scam

We paid, but never got checkin. Had to go to other hotel and pay more for that. No answer from them prior or even now 14 days after booking. This isnt a hotel, its a scam.

We never got in contact with them in neither hotels.com, email or on the phone. They charged us full price, yet we had to find another hotel last minute. Stay away!

Very expensive hostel not hotel

This shouldnt be allowed to be called a hotel! Not cheap and very poorly equiped! Cheap beds that i thought would collapse! My son asked me if this is a prison and then we decided not to start the vacation like this and event to another hotel! Avoid
