King breakfast

Nice and atmospheric.
You feel welcome. Good rooms at a reasonable price.
And then a huge surprise for breakfast - it's better than I've experienced at 5 star hotels
It was an experience both in terms of quality and content. It was gourmet breakfast. I was mouthless.

Delicious food and king service

Was on weekend trip, and got season menu with different beverage menus. Completely fantastic experience, homemade food, homemade drinks. The composition is really well considered, and that makes it taste absolutely fantastic. The service is incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming. Book a visit it's all worth it

Top-class service in a cosy environment

We were six friends on a winter break. Very friendly service and a good gastronomic experience in the restaurant. Also excellent breakfast, and the kitchen also arranged with short notice for food packages for our hike. Overall a really good experience.

Fantastic good experience

We have been there three times now and it has each time been a fantastic experience. The food is delicious, exciting and with fresh herbs from the garden. Wine and must fit perfectly with the food. The rooms are clean and neat and the staff cute and welcoming. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely come back.

Middle Jusk Gourmet Experience

We celebrated a round birthday for one of us two old, as well as 8 children and sons-in-law.
We visited the restaurant 6 years ago for a gourmet stay with overnight stay.
Now it should be tried again,
As a background for our comparison, it should be mentioned that we have visited many good restaurants several times a year, over 12-13 years, together with friends, including several with Michelin stars. None of us are experts, but we still have some basis to express our views.
Lyng Dal Hotel is a pearl among gourmet restaurants. The food is exquisite and incredibly well-prepared, and if you don't think that the earthquake cream falls down in the middle of your taste, or you can't tolerate seafood, then they can do it too in the move, so everyone is satisfied.
Several of our family members had "special wishes" that the staff handled to UG with cross and snake.
The atmosphere is good, the staff is like your family (if you want it - and we do!!!) ♥️ so there is nothing to complain about. The room is cosy i.v.s not too large.
The restaurant has a completely fantastic sommelier, and combined with a very large selection of wines and spirits, all wishes can be fulfilled.
If you have any doubts, we will taste a snack first, because there shouldn't be anything served that you can't like.
Whether it's exciting wines on special grapes, a particular Calvados or an ancient cognac: "you name it - they've got it!"
The rooms are located in an annex right next to the restaurant, they are neat, clean and conveniently decorated.
And probably so important: everyone can participate, because it's at reasonable prices, but don't read what I write, as: McDonald's" ;-)
Good quality costs a little.
We can't finish praising the place, for a rating of "value for money" considering ALL, triggers 6 stars out of 5 possible.
"We will be back" !
