Nice holiday home and fully equipped.

Beautiful holiday homes in a nice park. The properties are thatched and also have a roof terrace. There is a private parking space at each property. The houses in themselves are fully equipped, such as washing machine and dishwasher. Several shops about 5 minutes walk.

Good houses, car is necessary

Winter holiday 2026. Really nice houses. Modern and nicely decorated. Plenty of space if you're only 4. Will recommend for families with teens, if they want to join in the wellness (age limit 14 years) You can park right by the house and it is easy to drive up to the wellness if you live in the houses most far away. The indoor pool was nice temperature. But it's too deep. Adults can only bond if they are very tall and this makes it difficult if you have children to learn to swim. Legeland is only aimed at young children. There is a lack of general information. We were not provided opening hours on arrival and there was no information available in the holiday home. There is a lack of information on how to control floor heating, stove etc. There is a long way to go to the beach. But it's easy to drive and park. Prepare to be flogged in consumption taxes. We were there less than 3 days, fired in the fireplace and bathed in welness. Although the floor heating was turned down as soon as we arrived (it was very hot on arrival), it was almost NOK 400 in consumption.

The property had flaking paint in bedroom looked like water damage. Overall cleanliness was poor lots of dust and cobwebs particularly upstairs behind sofa bed. Covers off sockets in two rooms. Lamp needs attention upstairs. Needs curtains in bedrooms to block out the light. We have stayed at this resort three times never had issues before.

Nice place - but

Great - clean and well kept house!
Lovely and skilled staff!
Good facilities and a good golf course!
But - please note that you have to pay for electricity and water after consumption, but the cost of this is totally unreasonable - it can easily come to cost 300,-kr or more in the DOG !!??
Should be included in the price of rent!
