WE RECOMMEND!

Great location, private parking, ok Wi-Fi, spacious bedroom/bathroom, small well-equipped kitchen, shops nearby.
The attentive host Marcos gave important tips.
For those of us who like to walk, we explore the terrain.

Remarkable experience!

My family and I only stayed for 6 nights, but we wished we had spent our entire vacation here. The Residence was clean and the premises were very quiet and relaxing. The Residence did not have AC, but it did have very powerful fans that cooled the entire house down. Marco, the owner, is a very friendly and pleasant man who has worked very hard to bring this establishment to its current condition.

Fabulously charming!

During our vacation in Las Terrenas, we stayed in this newly built residence and I must say that we enjoyed it very much. The apartments were clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach and the town. We certainly recommend it to everyone.

“Great Residence *

I spent 2 weeks in March 2022 at the Residence Nord Est in Las Terrenas. The apartment was very clean and everything was in working order.
The beach is a 2 minute's walk away. My stay here was amazing.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo tipico Residence gestito da un italiano. Tutto perfetto! Accoglienza super, coccole e gentilezza. Le spiagge sono incredibilmente belle e vicinissime. Altamente raccomandato.
