Small clean convenient hotel

I selected this hotel via the Internet mainly because of its location: in front of the beach where the triathlon in which I was participating was located. My expectations were low as I just wanted a place to sleep from which I could walk with my bike to the starting area on the beach. What luck! The small hotel was not only convenient but clean, with a comfortable queen-size bed, good low-noise producing air conditioner (it's hot in Esmeraldas) and a TV with many channels. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. They loaned me a plug to attach to my cell phone charger. And, they even allowed mine small dog to stay in the room. Across from the hotel is a recently remodeled large plaza and an area facing the beach with several seafood restaurants. Closer restaurants and a few bars do make some noise you have to deal with at night but I slept through the noise. The beach is wide and clean and, being a Sunday, was full of local families.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, no hubo sufientes toallas, el desayuno muy pobre no había variedad ni cantidad, el precio me parecio alto para el servicio recibido

Buen Hotel

Buen hotel aunque el costo sea alto comparado con hoteles en otras playas, muy buena limpieza y comodidades en la habitación, buen desayuno y muy buena atención. el lugar donde esta ubicado el hotel es el malecón y ofrece muchas actividades para hacer.

EXCELENTE HOSTERIA POR SU SERVICIO Y UBICACION

Excelente ubicacion frente al mar con una diversidad de restaurantes para sentirse en medio un sector limpio y facil para disfrutar con sus alrededores.
Las habitaciones con un diseño de muy buen gusto, nuevas y un servicio excelente en todo momento!

Pésimo servicio...

Qué pena que llamo a preguntar si tienen disponibilidad hace 5 minutos y primero me contesta un caballero diciendo que él no sabe y que llame mañana 8am que está la recepcionista... Le digo que qué pena que me va tocar llamar al Hotel Palm Beach o al Hotel Julio César y me dice: "Hágalo no más" y le digo que esa no es forma de responder a un cliente y me dice que haga lo que quiera que no es problema de él... Qué pena que no capaciten a su personal o no les alcance para pagar un recepcionista calificado en horario nocturno... Cuando llamé al Hotel Julio César la diferencia de trato fue espectacular! Que pena como pierden clientes por malos elementos...
