a little older property but fairly well kept up. Balcony like 2 foot wide and no seating.
Staff was very accomodating, we were informed upon check in that all the facilities were to be closed the next day and we of course were disappointed. Later that day we were informed that they would keep the facilities open for us !

Great just needs an upholsterer!

Great stay! Needs upholstery!
We had a very nice stay here, it's a little understaffed with Jefferson seeming to do everything from opening the garage door to guarding the hotel every night. He is a bit overwhelmed.
The facilities are nice but need some tlc like upholstery!!!
Breakfast and dinner were great and well priced.

Easy to find, good food, pleasant atmosphere

We stopped at Hosteria Arhana for lunch on a day tour from Cuenca. As we were the only diners, we picked the choice seats onthe terrace overlooking the pool area where some youngsters were enjoying themselves. We ordered the menu of the day and we were given a locro or aguado starter, a grilled meat or chicken dish, a delicious cake for dessert and a naranjilla soft drink. All delicious! Very good service and attention.
A good place to stop and eat if you pass by as it is on the main road.
