Visit to Hotel Bonaventure, Quito

Visit to Hotel Bonaventure was short, as the did not keep any of their promises and agreements which we had madw beforehand, like transport from airport, no one was there respond, like room price as price was agreed in Ebookers reservation, but hotel has not made reservation and they offered lousu room for higher price, so I left hote and went another. Ebookers/Expedia did not even tried to help me to get back my payment from hotel as they tried to delegate response to other even Ebookers was arranged travel and was in response of failures.

Estimado Sr. que pena de verdad que personas como usted, comenten cosas que nunca son ciertas deben de enfocarse a la realidad, comento este mensaje para que los clientes que lean verifiquen y se empapen a los hechos.
El sr. llegó al hotel mencionando que había realizado una reserva por Expedia, verificamos en el sistema no constaba reserva alguna a nombre del señor, el señor tenía reserva 3 días después a su llegada, le indicamos que cancele por lo 3 días y que luego tomaría su reserva; manifestando que ya había pagado el total de su reserva; en conclusiones el señor se quiso pasar de vivo.
Los clientes comentan solo lo negativo un cliente que se va satisfecho nunca realiza un comentario, esto lo hacen con maldad,.

Never again

For the price we paid for the room I am extremely disappointed. We arrived late at night in the rain so we got straight into the hotel to pay and get our room. The 1st room they gave us was not what we had booked nor was the second but at 2.30am we had no choice. After we got into our room I had to leave the hotel to get something and the receptionist wouldn't let me leave??? I have never had this is any other hotel in my life. The sheets were stained, we had no toilet paper on arrival and I cant see any room with a terrace (like we booked). The amenities on booking.com do not match the amenities in the hotel as far as I can see.
Would not recommend this hotel.

Estimado huésped de verdad gracias por su comentario, en este tipo de trabajo encontramos todo tipo de clientes; a usted desde el momento que llegó nada le pareció bien tipo de cliente conflictivo hasta con su propia familia; pero será acogida la sugerencia.

The breakfast was good, only gripe was he charged me more than the quoted total (tax fee included) from hotels.com
