Couldn't Be Better

This property was ideal for a family vacation. We were 7 ppl and we fit into a cottage nicely. Each of the 4 cottages has an equipped kitchen and very clean. We were close enough to shopping and could prepare some basic meals that saved money. The property has a central pool that was well used. The owners are very nice and accommodating, providing advice on where to go and what to do. We were a 5 minute walk from the downtown port and just minutes from local Ecuadorian street restaurants that had good food at low prices.

A house to rent in Puerto Ayora

This accommodation is a 2 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area with fridge, gas stove, microwave and toaster. The owner, Libia, provides a water cooler with a tank of hot and cold potable water, and another tank of potable water for kitchen use. During our stay, the water pump became unplugged in the back of the house, so luckily a member of our party knew what to look for. The gas to the stove ran out, so we had to wait for the owner to replace it. The hot water in the showers is on-demand, and a bit tricky to regulate. The wifi is horribly sporadic, as is common all through the Galapagos. The A/C in the bedrooms was a welcome relief, although the unit in the ensuite room froze up a few times. We kept the fan running in the living room area. Lots of holes in the screens let in bugs and cockroaches. The showers did not drain well, so always were slippery with standing water. The towels and linens are old and ragged, but the beds were comfortable enough. The location is ok, about a 15 minute walk to anywhere you'd need to be, but it can seem like a long walk from the port after a day on the water. Taxis are only $1 in town though, and are available all over the place. The owner does not speak English, but can translate on WhatsApp and is usually prompt to be there when needed.

着いて早々にダブルブッキングがわかった。これは施設というよりも、貴社のシステムの問題。前回も宿泊名簿に名前がなかったこともあり、強く改善をもとめる。

Lugar muy confortable

Nos quedamos allí tres noches. El lugar es una casita muy confortable y limpia en una zona tranquila. Cuenta con dos habitaciones, dos baños y una cocina-comedor bien equipada. Luego de allí fuimos a otra isla y al regresar teniamos alquilado nuevamente este alojamiento por una noche. Ya habíamos leído que la mujer, al alquilarlo únicamente por una noche te manda a un hostal cerca del centro (Hostal Miconia), que es lo que nos sucedió. El hostal al que nos envió consistía en una habitación chica, limpia con un solo baño para 4 personas. El lugar estaba algo descuidado y no tenía ninguna de las comodidades por las que uno reserva Villa Galapagos, por lo cual recomiendo no alquilarlo por una sola noche.

Agradable y bien de precio

Nos quedamos tres noches aquí, y muy bien. Muy agradable y limpio, aunque un poquito apartado del centro de puerto ayora (hay que caminar unos diez minutos), a cambio es muy tranquilo. hay que pagar en efectivo
