Great place, convenient location, wonderful hosts

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main road in San Cristobal so it it very easy to get around town. I stayed here for three months in summer 2019 and had a wonderful experience. The blue color and its height means that you can always find it (I even was able to view it from across the island when I would go to the interpretation center)!
Very conveniently located, there was hot water in the showers, and Gorge and Celeste were wonderful hosts. They helped me with everything from composting my food waste to hailing a taxi to deciding where to eat on my first day in town. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a wonderful place to stay.

AMAZING STAFF

Staff- My friends and I stayed here July 2016. As we landed on San Cristobal we were a little confused on how to call a taxi. Instead of the familiar yellow, the island taxis are the white pick up trucks labeled "Policia". Coincidentally, the taxi we got was Jorge who runs La Casa de Celeste with his wife Celeste. He was already waiting for us with a sign. It was completely unexpected and very thoughtful. They definitely went above and beyond. I had left my brand new swim suit in the room as we were on a ferry to the next location. Out of the kindness of his heart, Jorge couriered my suit with a contact of his and I was able to pick up at Santa Cruz. Their empathy is definitely appreciated and made my time on the island one I wont forget! :)
Location- We stayed on the top floor that has a beautiful view of the ocean and about a 10 min walk from the downtown area.
Internet Connection - Wifi on the island everywhere is very spotty and unreliable. Where we stayed we also didn't get a strong connection.

Calidad-precio

Una buena opción para presupuestos ajustados. Aunque el hospedaje queda en la calle más alejada de San Cristóbal, merece la pena. Al puerto son 15 min andando y otros 10 a Playa Mann y la subida al Cerro Tijeretas.
La habitación es amplia y fresca. Corría el viento con las ventanas abiertas y no necesitamos el aire acondicionado. Tiene un pequeño balconcito, dónde a las noches se estaba de vicio.
+Positivo: El precio, la habitación.
-Negativo: La ubicación. Creo que los espejos del baño necesitaban una limpieza: se podían leer en con el vaho mensajes de anteriores huéspedes.

Buono!!

Un po' lontano dal porto, ma buona sistemazione. Camera grande, pulita. Viene rifatta ogni giorno. Proprietario gentile. L'unico problema è la camminata di 15 minuti fino al porto, diversamente la tratta con taxi è di due dollari

Tranquilo excelente atención

Muy buena atención de parte de los dueños uno se siente casi como en casa, excelente lugar para disfrutar tanto en grupo como en pareja. Atención 10/10. Muchas Gracias por sus atenciones nuestro guia estrella Jorge y a su esposa Celeste. Dueños del hotel.
