Pleasant stay

A quiet hotel, with a good gastronomic offer and excellent location. Your staff is very friendly and the spa has excellent service that combines different techniques, ideal for relaxing.

Excellent hotel with only one problem

Excellent hotel, the only downside being the breakfast. $24 dollars during the week but ‘only’ $14 on a Sunday if you book before the day, which I did. It really isn’t worth even the $14. The only hot food was special fried rice, plantains and soup. There was a good selection of pastries but not of bread. A real disappointment, and a rip off, which is a shame cos I loved the room and the staff.

I loved Quito... I will return...

Super friendly and efficient staff... I want to make a special mention of Mr. Gabriel Ponce from the restaurant... The facilities are very comfortable.

A welcoming atmosphere and very good service

Everything was satisfactory, from the arrival with a very good reception and attention, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was very good. It was a lovely experience
