Great lication

This place is lasted right across from the beach on the main road in town. Our room overlooked the street and it was a bit loud. But the location is great and you are right near a lot of things. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

Bad service from your workers

Very bad service in general from the people who work there, except for one person, the majority of the staff, on the contrary of giving you a good experience, are unpleasant. They still have a long way to go to have good service, and it is unfortunate that while being able to meet the requirements of their guests, they decide to treat them poorly.

Not worth the price

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. What is good about it is that is very clean and the rooms are pretty, the staff is always nice and helpful. What is not good about it is that it is so loud at night from the street because it in right on the main street, the malecon. Also it is loud inside. Lots of kids running and yelling at night. No consideration for other guests. You have to pay for the hot tub that doesn't even work!!! And the pool is so cold, you cannot really use it. I will not be coming back.

NOSY not very clean

Very nosy we could hear people talking with the door and windows closed,
bathroom always smelled, internet was down more than it worked and very slow
no on site parking, Breakfast was not worth the price,
this was our second stay at Casablanca and will be our last, I had requested
down stairs room we were placed on the 3rd floor and NO elevator
this is the slow season in Salinas but was still very loud, awake every morning at 6;30am with people and children talking
room was not clean even though they have daily made service.

IT'S LIKE BEING ON PCH

The hotel, is right on the main drag....in California that's PCH. The hotel has a restaurant and there are a lot of restaurants right beside it. If you step off the main drag you will find cheaper and very nice seafood. I had a bowl of soup with shrimp, mussels, clams, a crab (whole), and fish. The soup was $9 and the large Pilsner was $2.50.
The hotel was clean and had air conditioning. I don't think that constitutes a rave.
