The staff here are excellent so friendly and so very helpful. A peaceful tranquil place yet only 5 minutes from the town. Spotlessly clean and a superb breakfast. We wished that we could have stayed longer.Highly recommended and thank you to Guillermo and Sheyla for making our stay so special

A quiet relaxing place

Lovely environment with trees, birds, wooden buildings, creative decorations and a pool.
Lovely hosts who can advise you about the area and things to do.
Area with games and books, which is great.
Breakfast is nice but a bit small and too French - coffee served in a bowl with pancakes and waffles. Would be nice to propose some Ecuadorian pastries.
Would also be nice to have tea and coffee available.
Water dispenser available.
Missing shower gel and shampoo.

Great!

We had a great stay at the Bicok with family, the place is just fantastic, so well appointed by Sylvie and Sebastien. It's refreshing, relaxing, exotic... And all in respect and total harmony with nature.

Boutique hotel in Mindo

This is a very special place, we love it! The attention of its owners is genuinely friendly, they take great care of this place and seek to create an environment of tranquility and respect in which guests feel cared for and safe. It is a small oasis of beauty, art, architecture and flavor for those who know how to appreciate it.

A lovely getaway

I had a very pleasing stay here. The room was spotless and comfortable. It had a rainfall shower with plenty of hot water.
The breakfast!!! It was over-the-top amazing. There was so much food I couldn’t finish, and every bite was delicious. I had hot chocolate (the real kind) and fresh juice every day. Scrambled eggs, a bowl of fruit, crepe, waffle, and scratch made English muffin! Plus granola and milk. Served with 2 kinds of jam and butter.
The host was pleasant and helpful. The grounds were beautiful, with a swimming pool that had a waterfall.
It’s a quick walk into the town center. I felt completely safe, even walking at night.
I will be staying here again on future visits.
