Po příjezdu na hotel nás přivítal velmi příjemný pán na recepci a hned jsme se cítili vítaní. Hotel je čistý, voňavý a má nádherný výhled na Velké pyramidy. Pokoj jsme dostali během deseti minut, i když jsme přijeli asi o dvě hodiny dříve, což velmi oceňuji. Na přivítanou jsme dostali džus a vodu a bylo o nás opravdu úžasně postaráno.
Hotel nám zajistil jejich auto s úžasným řidičem a průvodcem, který nás doprovázel na pyramidy v Sakkáře. Byla jsem sama se synem, a tak nám pomohl nafotit společné fotografie a staral se o nás opravdu jako o vlastní rodinu.
Personál hotelu nám také pomohl objednat večeři přímo do hotelu, která byla výborná. Všichni se o nás starali jako o blízké přátele a vytvořili neuvěřitelně příjemnou rodinnou atmosféru. Tento hotel opravdu předčil má očekávání. Se takovou ochotou jsem se nikde jinde nesetkala.
Hotel určitě doporučuji. Jediné, na co je dobré se připravit (a není to chyba hotelu), je příjezdová cesta, která může být trochu šokující. Ale jakmile vyjedete do čtvrtého patra, kde se hotel nachází, vstoupíte úplně do jiného světa.
Ranní kávu si můžete vychutnat na balkóně s úžasným výhledem na pyramidy, které jsme viděli také z našeho pokoje. Až se znovu vrátíme do Káhiry, určitě se v tomto hotelu znovu ubytujeme.
Náš pobyt v Káhiře byl bohužel jen na tři dny, což bylo velmi krátké s tak úžasnými lidmi. Děkuji celému personálu za jejich péči a laskavost. Koupila jsem pro svého syna balón a personál si s ním dokonce na recepci hrál – takto přátelský a lidský tento hotel opravdu je.
After arriving at the hotel, we were welcomed by a very kind gentleman at the reception, and we immediately felt welcome. The hotel is clean, smells nice, and has a breathtaking view of the Great Pyramids. We received our room within ten minutes, even though we arrived about two hours earlier than check-in time, which we really appreciated. We were welcomed with juice and water and were taken care of wonderfully.
The hotel arranged their car for us with an amazing driver and guide who accompanied us to the pyramids in Saqqara. I was traveling alone with my son, and he helped us take beautiful photos together and truly took care of us like family.
The hotel staff also helped us order dinner directly at the hotel, which was excellent. Everyone treated us like close friends and created an incredible family atmosphere. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I have never experienced such kindness and helpfulness anywhere else.
I definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing to be prepared for (and this is not the hotel’s fault) is the access road, which can be a bit shocking at first. But once you reach the fourth floor, where the hotel is located, you enter a completely different world.
You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with an amazing view of the pyramids, which we could also see from our room. When we return to Cairo, we will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again.
Unfortunately, our trip to Cairo was only three days long, which was far too short with such amazing people. Thank you so much to the entire staff for their kindness. I bought a balloon for my son, and the staff even played with him at the reception – this is how friendly and warm this hotel truly is.

When you get there, you say "where am I", then you get to the 4th floor it's the top, the view of the pyramids is just amazing.

Breakfast was offered daily and cooked fresh. The stap was very friendly and helpful. They made sure my wife and i were well taken care of. I would absolutely stay again. The even drove us to the airport upon request. The view of the piromids from the lobby balcony is breathtaking. Its always open and so nice to just sit and see it. I was very happy. thank you!

We were extremely satisfied! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We booked tours through the hotel, and everything was very well organized and ran smoothly. The guide was highly knowledgeable and professional. Everything was excellent!
We brought earplugs and did not experience any disturbance from traffic. It was also possible to order food to the hotel in the evening if we were hungry, and the staff were happy to help arrange transportation whenever we wanted to go somewhere.

Best first day in Cairo possible.
Very good staff. Very good location. Offered us an upgrade because they could and had availability. The area is not touristic and that’s personally what I was looking for.
