Very comfortable rooms
The food is sweet, the rooms add it and the crew are very decent, but they lack Egyptian products such as onion tea or milk, unlike the rest

Left Stranded at 3 AM in Alexandria – Agoda’s Failure!
I booked a 3-night stay in Green PLAZA Inn through Agoda, and when I arrived at the hotel at 3 am, exhausted after travelling, I was told there was no booking in my name. To make matters worse, the hotel was fully booked and under maintenance. I was literally left standing in the street at 3 am with nowhere to go!
Adding insult to injury, I called and emailed them immediately asking for support and a refund, and four days later I still have not received a single reply. No apology, no solution, nothing. I expect a full refund immediately for the booking that was never honoured.
This is not professional, not reliable, and not acceptable from a company that claims to be a global booking platform. I will never use Agoda again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their travel plans.

Terrible
Terrible.
Totally and completely unclean. You can say it is so dirty.
The corridors and the room is smelly.
Don’t even think to open the window as you will smell the sewage.
The floor is having sticky stuff. I found hair in the floor and pillows.
Bed sheets are dirty and having stains.
Toilet papers were wet and dusty…
Don’t even think to visit.

Terrible experience
I visited this hotel January 8,9 checked out on the 10th. To begin with , we had two rooms , they weren’t even cleaned once, no towels were changed, coffee and tea cups were never changed . We had to complain to the manager on duty who apologized and tried to get someone to clean the room at 10 pm while we were very sleepy after a long day.
We had two cars in their parking . We Were asked to pay the parking even though we were told it’s included in our package , when I told them that , they called the manger on duty as he is the in- charged person . His name is Walid Maher, he is the last person to deal with : NO MANNERS, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE RESPECTS NO ONE, WORST BEHAVIOR IVE EVER SEEN. I told him that my BMW car got hit in their parking and I have no problem to pay parking even though I was told it’s included but they have to fix my car , he technically said, we aren’t responsible for your car….. I got very upset , I asked for his manager but he refused to get anyone for me and said that he is the decision maker and he won’t get any mangers . I got very upset and his response was that he got physical and twisted my arm and this is all recorded by the reception camera . I called the police to file a claim. Apparently there was a manger named Sherif Nassar and an assistant manager named Mohamed Abelrazek who appeared on stage when he heard me screaming . He tried his best to calm me down and technically asked me not to file a police report and he would waive the parking. I didn’t care about his nasty story , all I cared about is leaving that awful place as my sick mother was in my car the whole time . Please think ten time before going to this place who has no respect to customers , they have never heard about treating guests properly . I think what I’ve experienced was the worst nightmare I had in my life.
I still have to mention the girl who works as guest relations whom I guess Walid’s best friend who ganged with him against me and my daughter and cussed me with bad words and again if anyone would investigate , it’s all recorded by the reception camera .

good for solo stay
the hotel is just 1 star, its ok for short and economic stay. need more effort for cleaning issue, the staff is friendly. the most important thing that the hotel inside the green plaza mall. the internet not good in all rooms and usually with extra fee.
