The worst experience of my life

If there was less than one star, I would have given it to them. No style, no respect, no privacy. The place is old. I was shocked when I entered. The door is not secure. You close the door and you think you have closed it, but it remains open. If you don't pretend you will open it to make sure, then you will leave the room open. Two days ago, I was surprised when a strange man came into my house. When I complained, he told me that I had deducted money from his account. My last day, at 6 in the morning, new people came to the rooms, banging and knocking on the doors. There was no peace at all. When I spoke to the one who calls herself the owner, she spoke to me in a very bad manner, raising and lowering me in a manner worse than what is called rude. I absolutely do not recommend it. I stayed for 11 days and paid 22,000 Egyptian pounds for nothing. No excellent service, and the hotel doesn't even deserve half a star.
