Extremely Disappointing Experience — Definitely Not Worth the Money
Extremely Disappointing Experience — Definitely Not Worth the Money
This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
There was a severe leak from the bathroom ceiling, which completely flooded the bathroom with water. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to address it. However, the bathroom was left in such a poor condition that I was unable to use it again.
The spa experience was also extremely disappointing. The staff were not at the expected level of professionalism or skill, and they did not respect the agreed appointment times. They repeatedly rushed the sessions and finished them well before the scheduled time, giving the impression that the priority was to accommodate as many guests as possible.
In addition, the sauna was poorly maintained and not properly equipped. There was a protruding nail in the wooden seating area, which is a serious safety concern. The jacuzzi temperature was also extremely high, reaching around 50°C, making it practically unusable, especially considering its very small size.
What was even more frustrating was the repeated pressure to pay a tip and close my bill while I was still in the middle of my sessions. This happened more than once and made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Considering the significant amount of money I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, no proper solution was offered, nor was there any genuine effort to address these issues. Instead, they were treated as if they were normal and acceptable.
I also reported everything to the hotel management. They initially showed interest in receiving my complaint and stated that they would follow up on the matter. However, to this day, I have received no meaningful response and have not seen any action taken.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience. The level of service and quality were far below what I expected, especially considering the price.
I would not recommend this place, and I definitely will not be returning.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت السونا غير مجهزة بشكل جيد، حيث كان هناك مسمار بارز في خشب مكان الجلوس، مما يجعل استخدامها غير آمن. أما الجاكوزي، فكانت درجة حرارته مرتفعة جدًا، حيث وصلت إلى 50 درجة مئوية، كما أن حجمه صغير جدًا لدرجة تجعل استخدامه غير مريح.

Fatima and Sharif Al-Laithi
The hotel is excellent and everything is excellent, but the music in the swimming pool is annoying and very loud.
