Safe , clean small hotel

The hotel in the 3rd floor of old building. Small clean 1 floor hotel. Staff were all kind and helpful. Spacious room and clean. Location excellent walking distance to shops, museum, Tahrir, abdeen palace, cafe riche. WiFi good signal. Air-conditioning good. Highly recommended.

The worst experience ever! Dirty, unsafe for a single woman travellers. AVOID!! They are just scammers.

Dirty, run down, noise from the streets for entire night, located in slums.
I was being harassed by a male staff (as a single woman traveller) who would knock to my door, asking if I’m married and tried to hug me!
When I couldn’t close the balcony door as they were broken, this male staff knocked to my bedroom door offering his help! So, I gathered, they must have CCTV installed in the guests rooms!
Dirty and smelly fleece blanket (no duvet provided), sheets stained and smelly after someone used them previously, dirty surfaces, bathroom, floor and toilet.
Used toilet paper can’t be flushed down the toilet but put into a bin (!!!), which I was not aware of before booking!
Non existing internet, no heating so freezing, broken not working plugs, so another safety hazard!
I cancel my reservation after only 7 HOURS (arrived ALONE at 5am and left around 12pm in the morning) due to horrible conditions of the hotel and being harassed by a male staff (as a single woman traveller!) but they kept my money for 5 NIGHTS reservation and refused the refund! My entire stay in Cairo was just a nightmare as I had to struggle with them to get my money back!
After all, on my last day they sent partial refund (minus “cancelation fees”!) so, this place is a ONE BIG CON/ SCAM! AVOID!!
Dirty, smelly, with non existent wifi, AVOID this place unless you want to be scammed!

Hôtel réservé via Booking. Arrivée à 3h du matin après un long vol, en famille alors que 3 chambres avaient été réservées… pour s’entendre dire après 1h de taxi que l’hôtel avait décidé de louer nos chambres sans nous prévenir. Emplacement bien mais hôtel minable, immeuble en travaux, ascenseur qui fait peur, personnel minable.

Buena ubicación, amabilidad y limpieza

A pesar de lo tarde que llegamos a El Cairo, nos estaban esperando con gran amabilidad y pudimos descansar en una habitación, sencilla,cuidada y limpia.
El hotel se ubica bastante próximo a la Plaza Tarhir.
El personal del hotel ha estado pendiente a través de whatssap en todo momento.
Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Теперь есть место в Каире, где мне было уютно, как дома.

«Мне понравилось расположение, 3-5 минут до метро, 10-15 минут до площади Тахрир с Египетским национальным музеем. По адресу довез таксист. Не сразу заметила вывеску, Администратор спустился, помог с багажом. Есть лифт. Встретили приветливо, быстро заселили. Удобная комната с балконом. Есть телевизор, кондиционер (не пользовалась), балкон. Чисто, хорошая кровать, теплые одеяла (февраль, на улице не жарко). На кухне есть все необходимое. Не смотря на то, что пользовалась общим санузлом, не испытывала никаких неудобств. Горячая вода была всегда. Чувствовала себя как дома. Уютно, чисто, удобно, безопасно, приятная, дружественная атмосфера. Все просьбы выполнялись быстро и доброжелательно. Персонал могу только поблагодарить еще раз, спасибо, быть вашем гостем очень приятно.»
