Wonderful balcony view of Giza
Room was big but no window. Rooftop restaurant has an amazing pyramids view and food are decent.Staff are friendly and helpful.

There are better and more honest options in the area
The managers try to let you believe you are booking a room in a 5 star hotel. In reality you arrive in a 2 star hotel with completely broken showers, an elevator totally unsafe and broken, ect.... The services described on different websites no exist, no daily room cleaning, no pyramids view from the room (or you have to jump from the balcony, despite the fact Mahmoud , the manager, promissed in advance a nice view from our room). They charging extra when you ask for a room without defects.
After different complains and during changing 3 times of room, the manager became agressive. We did not see or hear the manager again during our 5 day 'surviving' in this hotel.
No complains about the people who work in this hotel. The complains are about the managers, the condition of the infrastructure and the misleading advertising of this hotel on different websites.
There are better and more honest options in the area.

Location on top!
Very good replacement you will be in front of the pyramids and the rooftop sphinx. The hotel is clean, the rooms are large and the staff at the top.

Hotel przyjemny, świetny widok z tarasu. Doskonała lokalizacja! Na uboczu, z dala od zgiełku ulicy ale bardzo blisko wejścia na teren piramid. Smaczne śniadania, choć trzeba na nie długo czekać. Bardzo słabe wi-fi. Pokoje standard egipski, bardzo małe okienka, ale przyjemne. Nie ma codziennego sprzątania i wymiany ręczników. Wygodne łóżka,codziennie świeża woda butelkowana. Chętnie tam wrócę.
