Super comfy, super easy, full-on service!

Super comfy, super easy, full-on service!!!
When it takes only seconds after your booking and the host asks if you need airport pick-up or any other touristic services or bookings, you know you hit travel jackpot especially, when barely knowing your way around at first.
Every service comes with courtesy, friendly smile and a professional attitude understanding ones needs, even though sometimes with an Arabic touch for execution - no worries, it will all work out in the end - remember it is you who makes it complicated - they know what they are doing !

Be careful!

Be careful! They are not honest! I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and in the third Night, at 11 PM, they told me to leave the room because someone would get in the morning and need it. Few hours ago I had confirmed with the responsible for the place, M. Mahmoud Amin, that I would stay for 4 nights more. He told me the price and confirmed the booking by WhatsApp (I have the talk recorded). Even though they broke the agreement and told me to leave the room in the early morning. Beyond that, the breakfast is a basic one, no fruit and everyday the same ordinary bread, a fried egg, cheese and coffee. They turn off the AC outside the rooms, so you have to ask someone to turn it on if you want to use it. The room is ok, but be aware that you will have to leave it if they need it, despite any previous booking.

My stay

We stayed at the radisson in Melbourne. The 2 Philippina ladys on the front desk ANGEL and Julia were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. So keep up the good work. The breakfast was very good and i big choice. Thanks Peter sessions

Mr.

Great location, great stay. Felt like home.
Very close to the Egyptian museum. With Uber easy access to anywhere you want to go. When I come back to Egypt I will re book here.

One to avoid, despite it's good location

We were received downstairs at the building entrance by a "lookout" who I suppose works for the hotel and took us to the 4th floor. Keep in mind this hotel is also sometimes called Nile Crystal Hotel, adding to the confusion.
At the reception, the owner told us that the room we had booked in booking.com was not available (double bedroom with private bathroom) and that he would offer another bedroom but with shared bathroom. I voiced my dissatisfaction at this, of course, but he did not offer us any other option.
After we accepted his offer, he then asked me to go ahead and cancel my reservation on booking.com, which I also was not comfortable with, but he made up some stupid reason for it and I went along, given that I was only staying there for a few hours and was not going to sleep over anyway (late night flight).
My takeaway is: owner uses booking platforms to attract guests (low price in a good location and decent looking photos are his tactics) and then redistributes guests to other rooms and floors or even other hotels (I say this because I have read several comments by people saying they had this happen to them, not just me).
I would really not recommend this place, despite its great location, simply because the owners do not come off as honest people.
Hotel itself is in terrible shape, mostly dirty, dusty and overall old and not well taken care of.
