The service overall was exceptional. The bed sheets were clean and fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and the room size was very comfortable. Also, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Elevator broken. Hotel on fifth floor. No one spoke English. Called for someone to check us in didn’t show. After 45 minutes of waiting we left to find another hotel. We were tired. I have requested a refund

1am arrival wasn't a problem, room was sufficient and very well priced.
Staff very welcome and helpful. Replimish tea, coffee, extra towels etc upon request.

I had a really comfortable stay ,The hotel is clean, well organized, and in a very convenient location in downtown Cairo. The room matched the pictures online, which was important for me. The air conditioning worked very well, especially with the hot weather, and the elevator made moving around easy. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, it was a good value for the price and I would stay here again.

Excellent experience at Viaje Hotel Downtown Cairo. The hotel was very clean, the elevator worked perfectly, and the location was ideal near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The room looked exactly like the photos, and the air conditioning was strong and comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was organized and smooth from check-in to check-out. Definitely one of the best stays in Cairo!
