Perfect

Really very good hotel, the room was spacious, everything was clean and everything went perfectly! The staff is very kind and very helpful, always attentive and very well received! It is an address that I would recommend to friends :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

This hotel is a DISASTER from start to finish. I absolutely do not understand the positive reviews.
As soon as we arrived, we discovered an establishment frequented by very shady people who seem to be squatting there. The atmosphere is anything but reassuring. The pool is constantly monopolized by groups who party, smoke, shout, and leave the place dirty. Impossible to relax there or go there with family.
The breakfast is unworthy of a hotel. Very few choices, food left out for hours in the direct sun… Honestly, one wonders if the establishment is waiting for a customer to get food poisoning before reacting.
The worst part remains the organization. Before our arrival, we had been confirmed that a crib would be available. At 3 p.m., we are promised that it will be brought up to the room. At 10 p.m., still nothing. When I return to the front desk with a tired baby, I am finally told that there are none left available. Why promise a service that you are incapable of providing?
The bathroom is a nightmare: a permanent sewer smell comes up from the shower. It is so strong that you feel like you are sleeping next to the pipes.
The beds are hard as concrete. Add to that the constant noise in front of the hotel until late at night, and you can forget any idea of rest.
And to top it off, the photos are clearly misleading. They give the impression that the pyramids are right next door, when that is not the case at all.
Between the lack of hygiene, the disturbances, the unkept promises, the nonexistent comfort, and a presentation very far from reality, this hotel completely ruined our stay. I do not recommend it to anyone, even less so to families with a child. Keep moving, you will definitely find better elsewhere.

The amazing view on the pyramids , lovely swimming pool with nice setting on it enjoying the great sun set over pyramids

Perfect breakfast the view of the pyramids was amazing the staff was lovely specially Amir I did a tours with them also were organized very professional thank you very much for your hospitality.

The room and staff was excellent, the breakfast was sufficient, but the staff went out of their way to make you feel special. i was invited by the owner to his family dinner which was special. Shoodi was particularly helpful.

The hotel was pretty good and the staff were helpful besides some miscommunication with the breakfast but we spoke with them and got it sorted. The requests we made were not done in a timely manner especially when we were in a rush to get on our tour but it did get done eventually. They were very friendly and helpful though and the view of the pyramids is unmatched!
