an unforgettable experience close to the sphinx

We had an absolutely great stay at this hotel!
The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. We were on half board and it was a real joy: à la carte meals, very generous portions, delicious cuisine from start to finish. The breakfast was just as great, sometimes savoury, sometimes sweet depending on the day, always hearty and varied.
The location is amazing: just 5 minutes from the entrance to the pyramids of Giza on the Sphinx side. And the must: a rooftop with a breathtaking view of the pyramids. A magical place to enjoy the sunset or simply admire the site in peace.
But the real strength is the staff. An adorable, helpful team, always listening and taking care. They offer excursions, guides and drivers, which makes it extremely easy to organize the stay.
In short: a clean hotel, ideally located, with exceptional views of the pyramids, excellent food and outstanding staff. We recommend 200%!

Easily walkable to pyramids and Sphinx. They coordinated with me for driver pickup from the airport for their is limited to none parking. Great staff. Thank you for everything durning first time to Egypt. I would use them again. Internet didn’t work very well. Shower leaked and had no front door. Other than that great views of pyramids from rooftop patio.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic two days stay at this great Hotel, don't be fooled by the outside, the area near the pyramids is not the best, we had the suite, it is really very nice and spacious. We also had breakfast and dinner, served in the terrace with wonderful views of the pyramids. Young and very courteous staff, with some it was difficult to communicate as they spoke only Arabic.

Egypt's Best Cost Benefit

Our as I was satisfied with my stay in Egypt education number 1 of the staff are always happy and ready to help us good whether it is necessary, super clean place super clean accommodation, coffee ☕ delicious morning, super comfortable accommodation, super large rooms, a wonderful terrace from where you can view the pyramids I definitely recommend and would definitely return thank you all staff Nefertari amal, Mohamed and all staff of the hotel ⚡ loved my stay and recommend to all, there is no better cost benefit in Egypt!!!!

Scammer

This hotel is a scam. The "good reviews" you see on Booking.com are written by the hotel staff themselves. You can tell because many of them mention an "incomplete stay," which means those positive reviews were not from actual guests who stayed there. You should focus on the low-rated reviews because those are the real ones.
I personally stayed at this hotel for two days, and it is located in a very dirty area, right next to horse carriages, making it extremely chaotic and filthy. The rooms are outdated, many facilities are broken, and the hotel has no hot water, so you can't even take a proper shower.
Most importantly, the hotel owner and front desk staff are completely untrustworthy—they are outright scammers. Breakfast is supposed to be included, but they charge extra for coffee and tea. Moreover, there is often a group of men smoking and chatting on the terrace, which feels very unsafe.
I strongly advise future travelers: for the sake of your safety and to ensure a pleasant trip, do not stay at this hotel.
