Oh, what a view!!

The most brilliant view of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant - and the food! I defy you to complete the delicious banquet meal provided, which is included in the rate. The rooms and bed are comfortable, the water is hot and plentiful, and the staff (particularly Omar at the front desk) do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay. We loved it!!

Avoid at all costs - we were left with no shelter

It is for the three of us, me, my wife and our 7 years old son for Oct 2025 (3-night stay).
On 24th Oct, our driver/guide picked us from the Cairo airport and drove us to this hotel. We were very tired because we flew from London Heathrow to Istanbul to Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo (all in connected flights). Hence, we all were very tired, and our son was exhausted. We desperately wanted to reach the hotel, take a bath and sleep. When we reached the hotel, there were two workers, I guess. I had to speak to them, and he called the owner over the phone. He said on phone that this place is closed for refurbishment for the last 1 - 1.5 months. He said that we can't stay there. We were left stranded there with no shelter at all. My son's health started deteriorating because of the heat. We desperately needed some place to stay. I had the Internet plan (with no normal calls to make).
I had to speak to my car driver/guide if he can help us.
He started calling his contacts, but it was already past 3 pm hence no one was picking up the call because of the prayer times there. After about an hour he managed to speak to someone who had a room to offer to us. The driver took us to the hotel; we had a look. though the hotel was not great, but we had no choice, and we had to take that hotel.
It was over 2 hours that we were on the roads, me trying to find accommodation, trying to comfort my son, trying to find drinking water bottles for my family to stay hydrated in the heat. It was a very nasty experience for all of us.

Horrible “hotel”

I looked at the photos on the site, read the reviews, chose this hotel.
On the booking site there was information that the hotel provides a free shuttle service.
In correspondence, a representative of the hotel requested $25 for transfer, upon arrival at the hotel - $45.
When booking, there was one price per room, upon arrival at the "hotel" +15$ to the price.
In fact, they brought us to the ghetto.
I was scared for my safety.
Taken into a dark entrance, took the elevator.
Turns out it's not a hotel, it's a four-room apartment. Very small. If you climb out of the window, you see a piece of the pyramid and a construction site.
The rooms are all dusty and dirty. Breakfast was cooked by a woman in some closet where both dirty laundry is prepared and stored.
How the rooms and the “hotel” were photographed in a respectable manner remained a mystery to me. Expectation/reality did not coincide with the word at all. Not recommended!!!!

A Memorable Stay at Pyramids Tower Inn

A Memorable Stay at Pyramids Tower Inn
Our stay at the Pyramids Tower Inn was truly unforgettable. The hotel's prime location offered breathtaking panoramic views of the iconic pyramids, right from our room's balcony. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
The hotel staff, particularly Asmaa at the reception, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any queries made us feel truly welcome.
The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a variety of delicious options to fuel our days of adventure. The hotel's restaurant also served scrumptious meals, complementing the overall dining experience.
We highly recommend the Pyramids Tower Inn to anyone visiting Cairo. It's the ideal base to explore the ancient wonders of Egypt, and the warm hospitality of the staff will make your trip even more memorable.

Good, brief stay

I live in the MENA region and wanted to take a last minute weekend getaway. Pyramids Tower had availability and they're good for quick stays. The staff were nice, accommodating and attentive. The standard room with city view is bare bones basic, but has everything you need, and is reasonably priced. Though there is smoking allowed in the hotel, I never smelled it in my room. Wifi is fast and reliable. The elevator works well and was always available when I needed it. The complimentary breakfast was a typical Egyptian spread and plentiful. There are wonderful views of the pyramids from the dining area, which is what I was there for; it was nice to see every morning. I had no trouble getting an Uber from the location and it was easy to find for my tour guides. I learned after the fact that there was a complimentary airport shuttle, but again, this was a last minute booking for me. Would recommend for quick stays for travelers that aren't high maintenance.
