Staff were super attentive and very kind. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast on the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking. Very family friendly and professional. Overall, wonderful stay and exceeded our expectations.

Great rooftop view, but grim bedroom

Amazing rooftop view, however grim bedroom. Only view out of the window was into a concrete well (no daylight) which was full of rubbish. The so-called en-suite had a shower directly over the toilet. The sockets were all 2-pin (unlike the standard UK 3-pin we've had in other Egyptian hotels). 2 out of the 3 nights we were there the water was switched off in the evening and one night there was a power cut for 2 hours (9pm to 11pm). Also, if you like a beer or glass of wine in the evening - the hotel is alcohol-free. I also believer the travel company we went with over-charged us for the room (they charged £128 per night, compared to the £45 advertised on Booking.com).

I do not recommend there are other better facilities for the same price

The facility was dirty. Breakfast at the limits of hygiene .. I had booked a deluxe room and I found myself in a totally different room with wires repaired with insulating tape .. the room had to face the side instead faced drains ... outside the structure there are no services suitable for families but not even couples .. only beauty are the pyramids that have nothing to do with the name of the structure

Great location, but very basic overall

The hotel is very basic. By European standards, I would say it feels more like a guesthouse or a one or two-star hotel.
Its biggest advantage is the location, right next to the entrance to the Pyramids, which is very convenient if that is the main purpose of your stay.
Breakfast was disappointing and very limited. The buffet had a few cakes, two types of fruit, boiled eggs and some local sausages. If you are expecting a continental-style breakfast with a good variety of options, you will probably be disappointed.
The rooms are also quite basic and dated, although they were reasonably clean. Another unpleasant issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors.
What bothered us most was the lack of consideration for guests in the morning. Every day at around 7 a.m., staff members would play music on their phones in the corridors, loud enough to wake us up. Small things like this make a big difference in hospitality, and there simply didn’t seem to be much awareness of it.
The staff experience was mixed. Some were friendly and helpful, while others were not particularly welcoming.
The restaurant was average. The food was fine, but there are better places to eat nearby.
Overall, the location is definitely the hotel’s strongest point, but the service and facilities still need significant improvement. For the price and the overall experience, I expected better.

Dreadful experience

Lovely food as always. This was one of my favourite places to visit BUT after hearing one of the staff telling a customer to kick the cats I certainly wouldn't be going back These animals should be treated with respect. They have been there longer than you have!!!!
