Excellent hotel
Arabia Azur hotel is one of the best hotels in hurghada due to the excellent location in the city center where everything you need is around the hotel and also inside the hotel there is a lot of shops where you can buy anything you need. Also the reception team Mr hany and Mr Adel they where very helpful since the moment of the check-in tell the checkout. The animation team is also very professional boda and dody they did an amazing job keeping everyone amused.

Sadly management covers up problem with stray animals - nice words but no action
Despite my review regarding the animal issue Arabia Azur Management, once again, reply with kind words but refuse to recognise the problem with the animals in the hotel. The guests are NOT warned (when making their booking) that there are dogs running about in front of the building - nor that there are numerous stray cats in areas designed for paying guests. During our stay we found cats were allowed on the lobby furniture (leaving hair etc behind), there were cats in the bars, there were cats in the restaurant areas (around the tables and in the roof-area directly above the tables!). Yes, there ARE feeding-stations. However, the management ignores the presence of cats in areas which are for their guests and not animals! We even experienced pet-loving guests feeding the cats in the bar and restaurant! Totally unacceptable.
Re the food in Aladdin - this was translated incorrectly. The food, we found, was vey good - traditional and tasty. The meat brought on a separate stove and placed on each table was unfortunately totally dry and burned (because the kitchen put the meat on the stove before it reached the restaurant guests). Suggestion : do not put the meat on the stove. Let the guests do this at the table. If the meat is dry and burned then it is pure waste to have to throw it away because it is inedible. The staff were friendly everywhere - which was nice.
It would be great if the management did not cover up the truth about the animals with favourable and friendly words but actually ACTED and PROHIBITED stray animals into areas which are designed for the (paying) guests at Arabia Azur.
