good option in egypt

Nice hostel, little hard found becouse the entrace in the market. Go up with elevator. Reception girl is really cute and kind. Bathroom design I really like it. The room is simple and good. Have a terrace and rooftop part view to the avenue and little to the red sea. Close the corner have a cheap supermarket.
Only problem with the the plug near the bed not the best to charge and the wifi is really weak.

One of the worst hotel experiences

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. During our two-night stay, the bathroom door jammed twice—first trapping a diabetic family member, then my seven-month-pregnant niece, who fainted due to poor ventilation. We were also trapped in the elevator for about 45 minutes with no emergency response. Instead of showing concern, some staff blamed us, spoke to us disrespectfully, and handled the situation in a very unprofessional way. We only received an apology after repeated complaints. Guest safety and customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately that was not our experience. We will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hostel.

Great

It was a very nice experience, the employees never sacrifice, they solve all the problems as much as they can, for breakfasts there are eggs, salad, salad-style bread, you can always get tea, coffee and hot water, there is a shared fridge, they sell the water for money, but I learned that most of the hostels were that way, there is a market where you can find everything above the prices, and the balcony shared sitting area is also nice to meet other people. The restrooms are clean too, it’s strange that part of the shower is open, it’s just a little wet around, we stayed there for another day and had to switch to a different room, that room was closer to the main street, the glass was closed, but there’s a lot of noise inside, the rooms closer to the kitchen are more comfortable. But overall, it’s a hostel that’s definitely a go-to for price performance.

Silence!!! I cant sleep...

poorly insulated,people are talking in the hallway knowing it's one in the morning,the staff does not intervene,to silence them!!
the morning staff, undesirable service and do not smile, nor say hello, nor goodbye.I am totally disappointed
