Lovely hotel. Friendly welcome and friendly staff. Staff are very helpful. Nice big room. Lovely soft towels. Soap, shampoo, body lotion in bathroom
Pool is nice and cool. The breakfast I really liked. Everything deliciously fresh and prepared with care.

Wonderful, Peaceful and a joy to be there!
The place was wonderful. Quiet peaceful and far enough away from the main goings-on. I was a solo traveller and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Right the way from Ahmed Fawzy who cleaned my room every day, beautifully, to the restaurant staff, and then Ahmed Ammar who organised my trip to the Pyramids and Sphinx. All together a wonderful place, and I always felt safe and protected. I hope the cat is being fed well. I fed her during my stay. Many thanks to all concerned. I shall definitely return.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with multiple balconies. Very clean, the bed was comfortable and the linens were high quality. We had a lovely supper at the onsite restaurant-delicious meal! Unfortunately we left at 330am so we did not know about the Airport shuttle. We checked out so early that we did not have the pleasure of having the Breakfast. The pool area was very beautifully landscaped. There are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Jaz Neo Ivory was a great choice for accommodation prior to our early morning flight.

Buffet dinner was nice (USD10.00) and they Reception arranged a taxi for me (USD10.00).
Not sure how good this hotel would be for a beach holiday, but for a night before a flight it was perfect.

We had a very pleasant stay at Jaz Neo Ivory and can really recommend this place. The location is ideal – very quiet and at the same time only a few minutes from the airport, which makes the arrival and departure particularly relaxing.
The rooms were extremely clean, well maintained and comfortably furnished. You immediately feel comfortable, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is truly remarkable.
The breakfast was also very good – fresh, delicious and with a good selection so you can start the day perfectly.
We would like to emphasize the friendly and helpful hotel staff. All staff were very attentive, professional and always endeavoured to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Overall it was a very nice experience and we really felt comfortable here.
We would definitely recommend this hotel again.
