Great vacations here!

Hello friends) We are currently staying in this particular hotel, and I want to write a few pleasant words about this hotel. The location is in the very center of Hurghada on Sheraton Street, but at the same time there is no noise on the territory of the hotel! The check-in was quick, we listened to our wishes on the floor, / I have a 70-year-old lady with me/, they put me in a large room, everything is clean, the linen is not killed, the hot water was fine, everything is very decent for this category. The territory is green, clean and beautiful, the beach is beautiful too, the entrance to the sea is beautiful, the beach bar is not limited in drinks, there are coolers and coffee machines, we have never heard a single bad word from the staff! Lunch on the beach is pretty full, we didn't go to the main restaurant. The choice is huge, meat, fish, vegetables, guava fruits, oranges, tangerines, bananas, dates. The bars are open until 12 at night, and there is good animation. Tourists and Russians and Poles and Germans, everything seems to be decent, there are few young people in this period, mostly 50++ , and who needs a break from the hustle and bustle, quietly and decently, I would like to recommend this hotel! We were here 2 years ago, now the service has become much higher! I would like to thank the entire hotel team and management, thank you so much for your hard work! number 12 17 Russi))))).

Beware of the Le Pacha Resort Hurghada

The hotel is the absolute worst, never again! We booked rooms with a side sea view and double beds with a shower, but we received a garden view, double bed, and rust and mold around the bathtub!!!! The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor, 28 STEPS without an elevator!! It has been like this for 10 days!! Food is often cold. TUI is acting clueless, wants to rebook us to a hotel far from the city and just as bad with an additional charge!!!

Bad place and bad reception staff

Bad experience
First of all, the hotel does not offer any special service.
The reception staff, especially the manager, had a poor way of speaking.
He lacks any skills in dialogue or conversation.
The response was poor, or rather, there was no response. I asked for a pillow and no one brought it.
The restaurant's food is terrible and bears no resemblance to human food.
In addition, there is no service available at the restaurant.
The bedroom bedding was dirty and the bathroom was unclean.
The room had been used before and had not been cleaned.
The only redeeming feature is that the bellboys are cheerful and respectful.
A bad experience that will not be repeated.

Good hotel

No frills, well run hotel, which has everything you need and is very well located. Everyone does their job diligently, all the staff are very hardworking. I especially appreciated Ali at the reception desk, an elegant man, with presence, but very kind and helpful. Thank you to the hotel for the cake offered for my birthday, it was a wonderful surprise! Go to this hotel, we will definitely come back!

Watch out for a chambermaid.

Yesterday 2 January 2026 that it was not my surprise in my room 1414 where I am currently that my room is not made neither the towels of the bathroom changes nor shampoo put I phone at the reception I am told that I refused that the room under make a attic this answer on the other hand the maid comes home practically without knocking I afternoon if I rest he puts himself in front of the bed asks if the room is clan allows himself to go into the bathroom even if he. Last year I had lunch the same and he was already practicing this way more than last year I had my wife with me here and she didn't appreciate his behavior too much
So last night I wiped myself with dirty towels without soap I ask the management to change rooms because I think it will go very badly with this gentleman
And I wonder if I'll come back to this hotel next year
