Amazing!
We stayed here in November with our family, including our two children and my parents. My father and I had an amazing time diving on the house reef. It is truly a beautiful dive site. The food was also absolutely delicious with lots of variations, and the bungalows were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
We stayed in a family bungalow, which had an extra bedroom for the children, making it perfect for our family.
I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars and will certainly be coming back!

What can I say after three visits? Everything is always very good!
The staff takes great care of you: Mustafa at the pool, just like Shazly and young Mohamed; Khaled at the beach; Ghada and Simmah at the Orangerie; and Ahmed for housekeeping! The two guest relations managers are also adorable.
A small downside regarding some guests, but the hotel is obviously not responsible for that. This summer, there were more people who sometimes lacked respect for the rules and proper group etiquette.

There were awful smells on the stairs leading down to the beach and towards the showers. It was like being in a public urinal – a problem with the drains.
