There was a minor problem with the plumbing in the bathroom so they changed my room straight away without any argument or delay.
Breakfast was better than I expected.
I would go there again.

Very weak I do not recommend

I give 1 star because I can't give zero was the worst hotel of my life I had k pay the reservation twice the reception employee fooled me after there was a younger employee quite antipatic ...the wifi is weak and I had k insist to give me the password the room is disgusting very dirty and no towels quite noisy at night and some insecurity ...a advice avoid this hotel I do not recommend zero very weak even

The hotel is not very clean or well maintained. There was almost no food for breakfast and it didn't start on time. The service in the hotel was slow, we had to ask 5 times for towels until someone actually brohfbr them.

The staff here is very friendly and the older gentleman who runs the front desk is very cool. He was running around like crazy and even running the kitchen serving breakfast in the mornings. Seemed like he was going 24/7 and deserves more help. The bar as listed was not in operation though and the pool was green and didn’t look very appealing for a dip. The room was nice however and bed was comfortable (especially compared to the place I stayed before in Cairo). The rate is very reasonable and you could do a lot worse. I would recommend to budget travelers looking to visit valley of the kings, Luxor temple, karnack, etc

I was not very comfortable there. The owner and I had a serious argument because I was not satisfied with their service. At the end of the argument, the owner calmed down and we handled the situation better. However, I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
