10/10 customer service

Great customer service, Aya from the Oasis Wellness Department was very kind and had great Charisma. Would recommend her to anyone coming to enjoy their stay with respect to hospitality in the wellness department

Not the best option during the holiday season and busy times

The menu, whether for breakfast, dinner, or even during holidays, was not at all rich, contrary to what is customary and known about the hotel.
...and the administration becomes confused during the holiday period...and priority in reservations is given to people who are accustomed to attending, and therefore the availability of reservations is not open, contrary to what is offered on the internet...

Great hotel

Great location, nice stretch of white sand beach , perfect for walking and swimming.
Very clean hotel. Common areas and rooms. Comfortable beds, large shower. Nice balcony facing the sea where we enjoyed an afternoon tea, after a beach day.
Room is equipped with kettle, cups tea, coffee and a fridge and 2 small bottles of water replenished daily. Clothes line in the bathroom and return in the balcony were very convenient. Lots of closets.
Excellent service, bar hotel and breakfast. Thank you Milad((beach bar) and Eptisam(breakfast) for your politeness and dedicated service. You made a difference.
Good breakfast selection, typical Egyptian options available, omelette prepared to you liking.
Unfortunately, Internet was inconsistent.
Bar and room service available throughout the day.
Beach towels, loungers and shade umbrellas would welcome replacement.
Overall a very nice stay in Belle Vue Beausite.
Will return.
