Delightful hotel

This is my third stay inn this charming hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and so are the bathrooms. The view is dramatic, the sun rises across from the hotel, and the majestic Nile flows in front of the hotel. Thec staff is very courteous and friendly. Breakfast is good and the coffee is great. Highly recommend

Receptionist is horrible!! The receptionist is not worthy of the place he is standing in

Very tough reply from receptionist when asked for late check out for my travel circumstances even said from the beginning that no availability for late check out as the room is booked!!
He remembers from his memory that my room was booked!
Even the face impressions weird!
Should put in front of a profile representing the hotel!
Business wise is poor front face for hotel business.
No client orientation!
When asked for the pool sorry it is opened from 12 to 8 why?
Because of school!!
They share the swimming pool with school premises as I understood!!
Smile and respect is a key in such business model!

Very dry treatment from the receptionist. When I asked him about a two-hour delay in handing over the room, Bush replied that it was closed, which was not normal. No, unfortunately, there is no possibility. As if he had kept the room number, it was booked. Unfortunately, his face was useless and you would lose the hotel because he did not understand what a customer means in business language.
Smiles and respect are an important attraction factor, especially in the tourism business, except when I asked Ali the pool, why did he tell me that it is open from 12 to 8? Because there is a school that ends at 12, what I understood is that it is almost shared between the hotel and the school!!
The hotel has good things, but I will not stay again and I do not recommend it to anyone because of the treatment.
When did Hanafim become what tourism means, what customer means, and what business means!!!

A truly beautiful hotel

This is my second visit to the city and second stay in this hotel. I saw a great improvement since last year. Obviously the owner doesn't spare any expense to make his hotel desirable. The employees are very friendly, courteous, and accommodating, especially at the front desk and the bell boy, both called Mohamed. The rooms are very clean and the view on the side of the great Nile is dramatic, especially the sunrise. Breakfast is good and offers many varieties. I would go there again willingly if I decide to revisit Ras el Bar
