Excellent stay
The hotel is very good value for the money , I booked for 4 days with my brother and it was very nice stay for real , the guys from the reception ibrahim and mahmoud they was very kind and helpful thank you both for making our stay easier .
The food was good and the salad was verified as i like the salad a lot
it was a nice touch from the house keeper to arrange our messy room and spread the roses on our beds
The beach of this hotel was coral and we enjoyed snorkeling in that area in sharm cliff and i admired that the place near il mercaato and old market .
I have seen many bad comments about the hotel , please don't act fussy the hotel is very cheap and i guess that the best they can do .
I totally recommend this hotel if you are planning for low Budget-vacation .

Very bad experience
The worst experience I had in my life
Rooms too dirty and many insects
Restaurant is too dirty and the food is a very bad
No services no cleanness no hospitality
They have no supervisors or managers to complain
I don’t recommend to stay in that hotel at all

very disappointing
lets start with the check in there is nothing to prove that you did check in so get ready every time you will meet one of the staff because they will stop you to ask questions..!
and keep your iD always with you that is so bad case .
the room was good but every time you need to clean you have to ask for that because no one care about the rooms and don't be surprised if you found phone or tv not working that is very normal there .
the food is very good for a prisoners rise + 1/8 piece of chicken made in hurry without good care taste like ew.. + some green salad ... not good food at all not tasty and some on standing watching you like you are going to steal the food and run or something like this .. drinks are sh!t ..
the biggest surprise is there is cats in the restaurant all around the gust and place you can imagine if cats in the restaurant what you can find in the kitchen..
the staff i think there is 4 or 6 people working there there is no life guard on the pool there is no recreation there is no animation there is nothing almost you will find your self doing every thing the pool is very dirty.
the beach is dirty and far and every thing on the beach is broken..
i don't want to visit this place ever again.

Worse to the hilt
سىء للغايه والموظفين غير بشوش غير جيدين والاكل سىء ويتم تكراره يوميا والشاطىء الخاص بالفندق سىء جدا جدا حيث يوجد به صخور مما تؤدى الى الجرح كما انك تنزل سلم طويل جدا لكى تصل الى الشاطىء والسلم غير ممهد ويوجد به تعاريج وخدمه الغرف لا يوجد اهتمام اطلاقا كما ان المياه داخل الفندق توجد دائما ساخنه حيث انك لاتستطيع ان تتحملها لذلك لا انصح بزيارته نهائيا اقل مايوصف به انه ليس فندق وانما حمام عمومى
