Красивый дом, уединенное место
Уединенное место среди леса. Две сауны в доме: финская и паровая, так же есть камин, который так хорошо нагревается за несколько часов топки, что греет дом до утра, так же в некоторых помещениях теплые полы и кондиционер, который так же работает на обогрев, поэтому зимой можно не переживать про тепло в доме. На улице у дома есть купель, которую так же можно топить самостоятельно и за несколько часов она нагреется и будет хорошим дополнением к сауне. Имеется все необходимое для хорошего время препровождения : укомплектованная кухня, принадлежности для BBQ, телевизор и музыкальный центр с возможностью подключения телефона. Добраться можно только на автомобиле.
Холодильник для большой компании будет очень мал, зимой нас спас холод на улице и хранили часть еды в машине. До моря хоть и недалеко, но зимой к нему не подойти. Так же ключи было получить непросто. По телефону никто не отвечал, а рецепции там нет. Только через пол часа к нам пришли показать дом.

Needs some updating
It could have been an excellent experience but it was not. There were some small details that have been mentioned by others as well.
The size of the cottage. Nothing to do here but the size of the house is not comfortable for the max amount of people.
Fridge. As was pointed out before, the small fridge was a surprise and not a good one. Thankfully we visited during colder weather and could keep our drinks outside on the balcony. Not sure what one would do in summer.
Water. I absolutely understand that we were outside of a city but today, there are ways to make your water cleaner and less smelly. Sitting in a yellow water jaccuzy with an occasional rotten egg smell is not nice. So - not sure how much of a spa that was..
Grill. There was a small and a big grill. However, in the dark, we couldn’t locate the bigger one. In the morning we saw that it was just a metal box perched on some rocks a little way off the terrace. Don’t know how one would grill on that comfortably.
Floors. The tiles on the first floor were icy cold when we arrived. They got a bit warmer as we heated up the place with the fire but they were still cold. Thankfully, I had packed some warmer socks and slippers for my toddler, otherwise he would have caught a cold.
It’s a beautiful house but you can see that it’s run down and in need of some love.
Plus, the hosts should check the cottage in detail more often. In our room, out of the 3 desk lamps, only one worked. Changing a light bulb is the smallest task.

Could have been better
We spent 3 nights at villa nr 1. We were a bit surprised by the size of the villa, we somehow expected it to be a bit more spacious. There were 3 bedrooms, but we had 4 adults and 3 kids, so we actually lacked one bed, because there are two beds in every room. Probably could have asked for an extra mattress. The kitchen area is also quite tiny, a small refrigerator was disappointment. Grill was also very small and hard to get meat done :)
We liked the opportunity to have a massage, so we were arranged to have one for all of us and we enjoyed it very much.
Other villas are a bit too close, lacking a bit of privacy.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointing
We booked the villa for a weekend away with 4 friends and even though the house was nice there were so many problems that ruined our weekend.
We arrived to a freezing house. We had booked massages and the room was ice cold. Furthermore, the massage room had a massage table but no sheets. We were told to use the bath towel provided to us but as it was freezing we needed additional towels to cover up. The solution offered was to share towels. This is not something I have ever experienced with any massage. After repeated phone calls we were finally provided with a few extra towels - after the massages. None of us enjoyed the massages as we were shivering.
The house is self catered but we did not expect to have to clean before cooking. I have attached a photo of the over tray as we found it- covered in grease.
There was a beautiful fireplace and firewood but no matches. Again we had to request someone to bring the matches. Furthermore, the ad said that there is a heated tub outside but we found out only after arrival that it takes 8h of heating with firewood to get it a good temperature. Meaning that we would have had to spend the day doing just that.
Finally - the ad also said that shampoos and soap and relaxing salt provided. There was no shampoo. The body scrubs were opened jars where you could actually see that other people have been using them.
I can go on ... from lights that did not work outside to lamps that did not even have bulbs inside. No bottle openers. No instructions whatsoever how to turn on the sauna, etc.
I have since written to the owners twice as we never received any refund or apology but there has been no response. I hope others will not fall prey to the promised ads.

Very nice house
Very nice house and location. The big turn-off was dog hair on the couch and rotten egg smelled water in hot tub which we tried to get warm like for 6h and didn't get much warmer. SPA villa?! The parking lot was like iceskating rink. Maybe it was supposed to be iceskating rink? Added value? The kitchen was well equipped. Good sauna and good steam sauna. No cell reception, but good WiFi.
