The hotel is located on the seashore, 17 mi from Latvian-Estonian border and half way between Riga and Tallinn. The original architecture and beautiful, romantic surroundings suit perfectly for your holiday or just as a stopover on Via Baltica road. All the rooms have a sea view and balcony, except the suite with spa bath that features a private entrance from the promenade. The restaurant features a marvelous sea view and summer terrace and is the perfect spot for enjoying the sunset. The hotel includes a number of facilities, including a hot tub and outdoor pool as well as a restaurant and bar. The hotel offers several conference rooms that are equipped with the latest technology. The area is well known for its beaches and pine forests. Internationally important nature reserves and popular hiking and nature trails are located not far from Lepanina Hotell.

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere

Nice and clean hotel at beach.
Hotel is little bit of nowhere, but hotel is good for family.
Own beach, maybe 30 meter at back yard pool.
Our kids love the pool and beach. There 8s also basketball field and minigolf for the kids.
Good service.
Good breakfast.

Great location!

Hotel is by the sea side and the beach is very beautiful. Building is literaly a few meters from the sea. The location is quiet and green with pine trees all around. Also has a privat pool area which was quite nice. The sunset view from our room was absolutely fabulous! Staff is friendly and rooms are clean and nice but a bit worn. The negative aspect is the overall condition - everithing needs a little upgrade. Also dinner and breakfast at the restaurant wasn't the best - it filled the stomach but was lack of flavor. It only had wi-fi in the lobby.

Old and not in the best condition any more

Despite the other reviews from this hotel, we felt this hotel has had the best times long ago
I personally do not understand why the reviews are that positive about this hotel
Room, curtains, furniture, everything looks and feels out of date
It was clean, though and one of the only accomodations in that area
The beach was not nice either, but we choosed this one as our 1night stoppover
Even though the price was rather high for what we got with 90€/double

Amazed!

I am amazed, that someone could make a hotel like that to such a remote spot. It is certainly THE best hotel in Pärnu's county (and I know, because I grew up in Pärnu myself). The beach is amazing, the rooms are nice, the food is... I cannot find a word for the food. It's really good! The staff is nice. As it's not in the town, there might be a lots of mosquitos during the summer, but otherwise me and my husband were thinking about possibility to buy one of the rooms there and move in! :)

Glad we stayed here

It took us an hour and ten minutes by bus to get here from Parnu. Very quiet but friendly hotel. The building itself is modern and not very attractive but is located directly on the seafront . We stayed two nights. Thankfully the weather was good . We hired bicycles from reception to explore the area. Glad we included this stop in our itinerary, but two nights was enough for us.
