Cute place!

Our 2 night stay in Green Villa was very nice! Place is nearby food places and the beach also. Room was clean and staff was kind. Villa itself is very cozy. Everything went smooth. Would strongly recommend!

Good location for a basic hotel

Green Villa has an excellant situation, only 5 min. walk to the center. We stayed there two nights. Our room was big with a small kitchen corner. The bathroom was rather small but clean. The parking place in the backyard behind a closed gate was good. The free wi-fi was ok. The staff was rather indifferent, not especially friendly. The breakfast was not included, it cost 6€ extra pro person pro day. In our country we are used to high hotel prices but the quality is better than in Green Villa and therefore I would say that this place is overpriced.

"Interesting" staff

We were one night in overpriced and basic hotel. On Saturday morning at 8:30 one staff person decided to start blowing leafs. Actually his work didn't sense. When I noticed him through the window to stop, he just ignored me. I called to resception and replied my demand. Resceptionist went to man and asked to stop. I heard the man's answer in Russian, it's already 9 o'clock and he continued few minutes his "job". Such behaviour shouldn't stand any hotel management.

a very basic hotel in nice location

We stayed for one night in a 2 bedroom family room which was a fairly basic and well cleaned. There we no noises at night time so sleep quality was good and the breakfast we had was ok too. Hotel location was nice as there was not that much traffic around but the walk to shops and restaurants was decent. There was nothing to give a WOW effect, but nothing to complain about either. So we could easily do another visit here in the future.

Overpriced

Stayed in Green villa for 3 nights, the room was very simple - for the price we payed i expected something more. Although we booked a room with a queen bed we had two separe beds. Breakfast was ok.
The villa is situated in a nice and calm surroundings not far from the beach.
The main problem I see is that we didn't get the quality for what we paid. That is why I wouldnt come back.
