Loved the staff, incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are very clean and well kept, making the stay comfortable. The location is also perfect just a 10-minute walk to Bole, the main city center. Overall lovely experience, highly recommend!

The wifi didn't work because there was construction on the road outside and the internet cables were apparently were disconnected because of that construction. Because of the construction, the road outside of uber-muddy. The room was clean. The water pressure and water heat was not good. For this price, it was more than worth it.

The people were friendly. The property is located in the centre of the city , therefore one can easily get around with ease .
The only issue is the area is under control so there was a level of noise doing the day , however, quite in the night.Also the price of the food in the restaurant at the hotel was moderate as compares to outside. I recommend this hotel anyone travel to Adisababa . One thing also, the proof the room are of discount rates as compared to other hotels.

The Ladies at the reception were so nice,
We requested for an iron box but not available
The closest at my room was smelling so bad , it was like a rotten egg
A certain man working at the restaurant removed me from a couch situated outside the reception saying that it is meant for room guests and i insisted that i was a room guest but he didn't want to hear.
I requested the bedding to be changed in my room but they never did, they only make the bed with the same bedding i have used for close to 2 weeks

it’s very bad service when i arrive the hotel my room was not available i booked 30 days ago i was shocked, dirty and at the night time very noisy you can’t even sleep to be honest,
