Spa services, fresh meals, and clean

The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from the airport, which is very close by. A note to travelers is to know that the shuttle driver will not meet you inside the airport nor immediately outside; you have to walk down a little path where the other taxi drivers and hotel shuttle drivers are waiting in the parking lot.
The hotel is clean and, if you are on a higher floor, you can keep your windows and sliding glass door open. I was on the 5th floor and was kept awake by buzzing mosquitoes. There is no net in the room and no thermostat to control the temperature; it can get stuffy at night if you keep everything closed.
The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet with multiple, fresh options and an omelet station. The employees are friendly and attentive. Best of all, you can get a 45 minute massage in the spa for around US$10! It is also within walking distance to many key sites in Bole.

Mediocre plumbing - no shower cubicle sealant so water washes all over the floor, sinks plumbed in at an angle so no drainage, and other plumbing is amateurish.
Breakfast okay, very convenient to airport.

I am impressed by the hotel staff’s performance, room cleanliness, breakfast, airport shuttle service were excellent when I stayed for a month the same hotel & room. I highly recommend to others very highly.

Good stay overall

Great location in a quiet area, basic rooms, clean common areas, decent breakfast. Welcome a little confusing.

This hotel is a good fit for it price
The room I stayed in the curtains were a bit smaller than the size of the balcony doors 😂 but overall it’s a nice location.
