Nice place but abhorrent management staff.

The couple's room was clean and the bed very comfortable although it was a noisy one. The breakfast is varied and pleasant. On the other hand, the management staff was unpleasant, aggressive and stubborn. Our friend who had requested a single room had to pay the price of a double room following an error on their part who did not want to acknowledge. This is theft.

Unfriendly staff

I was on an overnight stay there, so the hotel is relatively quite far from the airport and we went down some very dark small streets to get there...then the dinner staff seemed unprepared for our arrival, so after waiting a long time for the van, we had to wait a long time for the dinner (which was 4 types of carbohydrates -_-) The room itself was fine but most frustratingly, for a hotel that Ethiopian airlines is using for their overnights, they only wanted to do one shuttle in the morning for 12 people going back to the airport, EVEN THOUGH our flights were spread out over several hours, seemingly because it would save them money? Their night manager and receptionist gave me opposite information and options, they were incredibly unwelcoming and passive aggressive, not accommodating at all.

Noisy and unfriendly

Noisy, cheap food, staff unpleasant and arrogant.
Be careful to refuse any room on the main street or the staff will offer you to sleep with a pillow on your head to reduce the noise.
Food is minimal, not bad, but clearly not worth the price, no drinking water in the room.

sympa pas trop mal situé

hôtel situé a 10 mn de l'aéroport , propre, petit déj bien fourni , le personnel est sympathique et disponible , dispose d'une navette , réservée, mais ils m'avaient oublié , sinon un prix normal pour les prestations
