Clean and well appointed. A few areas need improvement.

Stayed two nights - last minute booking. Located within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. Amenities included fridge, microwave, kitchenette with dishware/utensils, washer/dryer, safe. Well lit desk area. Well located power sockets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with standard toiletries. Low water pressure in the shower.
Breakfast included in price, served 07:00-11:00.
Complimentary wifi.
Besides the shower, the following need improvement:
1) Upon arrival, I found out that my credit card had already been charged, with a 5% surcharge. Since there was no mention of credit card surcharge at time of booking, I insisted they remove it.
2) Wifi code was supposed to last until check-out. Instead, it quit working in the early morning of my last day. There was no one in the office at the time, so I contacted the after-hours number via Whatsapp as per instructions. There was no response. I had to wait until 08:00 when the office reopened to get another wifi code. This raises some concerns about how after-hours issues are handled.

Clean & friendly

Clean room, friendly staff, and the restaurant associated with the hotel was good. Also, nice to have a wash machine in the room.

Highly Recommended, would definitely stay again

It's a pretty central location if you have a car, but there is not much around the hotel withing walking distance. The room was well appointed with everything we needed, good natural light and well designed. There are even USB charging outlets on each side of the bed. The staff were mostly super-friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was delicious and substantial, with good coffee.

Fab Toorak Central

Excellent accommodation met all our needs very spacious with cooking facilities and washing machine. Has a great cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Has an up market bar with good quality red wine. Staff are fabulous very accommodating and friendly. Our stay could not be faulted. Location very close to the CBD.
