No staff support. Had to wait for reception to be opened both at check in and check out. Room was very spacious but facilities were very poor. Had a tv in the room but couldn’t find remote to operate.

The hotel had all rooms booked out despite making booking via Expedia 2 months in advance. This place is run by amateurs. Not to be trusted. If it wasnt for good samaritans I would have no place to go. Expedia was like we will refund you. Not helpful at all to find alternatives.

Budget friendly hotel. Rooms are a little dated but you get what you pay for. Free breakfast is a plus but you get one serve from kitchen. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Not recommended

The check-in process was quick with no security deposit required. After check in though I did find my room door left ajar and no bath towels inside. The standard room is quite large but not well built in a relatively new building that's plagued with defects, for instance instead of replacing faulty key card locks they simply add secondary locks to most doors. Other issues were stained bath towels, bugs inside of the electric kettle and fridge although working well had foul odour. Curtains had gaps that people walking past could look straight at your bed. The positives of the room were that the air-conditioning and hot water worked well and sleep quality was decent.
The only staff that was helpful was front desk, house keeping on the other hand kept budging the door even though I said I didn't require room service and the restaurant staff seemed ordering anything was a hassle. Everything in the restaurant is made from scratch so you'd expect to wait over 30 minutes. Ordered a coffee where the menu said it was $8, staff charged $9 without explaining why. Also tried paying with a local visa debit card, staff wanted to add surcharge which is illegal and I had to explain to her why it cant be charged. Food from the restaurant although portioned well wasn't great. The included breakfast was just toast with a fried egg and condiments, while beverages had a whole can of instant coffee that everyone self-served from.
Other services like Laundry is provided and things like ironing boards are placed outside in the corridor in the morning. The hotel also has car rentals available. In terms of location even though the hotel is in the town area, nothing is immediately around it as it's all located on the other end of the main street. Wouldn't revisit.

We got a place to stay in my home town. We are thankful for that. Staff were very friendly n helpful. Only bathroom facilities were not up to date.
