Needs Major Improvements

I stayed at the Blue Light Village Hotel in Nadi, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The rooms were very basic and could use a lot more care in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The facilities felt outdated, and little details—like broken fixtures and patchy air conditioning—made the stay uncomfortable.
While the staff were polite, service was slow and not very attentive, which was disappointing. We did enquire about their Daily Breakfast Menu the night before, and they said to come before 9 am, and breakfast will be available to order.
We then came down for breakfast before 9 a.m., and we were advised that they had no one to assist or cook breakfast and were advised to look elsewhere by the hotel staff.
The dinner service can be very slow at times, and people were left waiting for more than 1hour, even for basic meals to be made.
The location is convenient for getting around Nadi, but overall, the hotel doesn’t offer good value for money. With some improvements in upkeep and hospitality, and a better booking system, as some customers were turned away when arriving at night to find out they had already paid for the rooms, but it was not available due to overbookings, it could be a decent option, but as it stands, I wouldn’t stay again.

Quite ok

The room was quite ok: pretty large, quiet, clean and with good beds. I had a room with aircon and it worked fine, though the remote control was broken, so the temperature was fixed at 23 degrees C. The room was slightly worn out though.
The location was good. Nadi town centre was within walking distance.
The hotel falls in the budget hotel category, but performs well in that category.
WiFi was available only in the reception area.
There was a cafe onsite.

my auntys went to the hotel but couldnt stay had to change to another hotel because the condition wasnt suitable to reside
