Insects in rooms and no WiFi
This hotel is only suitable if you really love nature! And I mean literally! You’ll be sleeping and sharing the room with many bugs and insects, including little cockroaches and flies . So be prepared to wake up with plenty of bites on your skin!
As well, around the premises, there are many birds performing their natural sounds in the trees around the hotel. Unfortunately, this is not the hotel’s fault, but it does contribute to rather difficult nights for sleeping.
The rooms are quite basic. ️ Although the bed is comfortable, the furniture is dated, and the tea and coffee provided are not very good quality. ☕️
However, the most astonishing thing about this hotel is that there is no Wi-Fi at all! ❌ In fact, they used to have Wi-Fi before COVID, but this has since been removed. What hotel nowadays does not offer inclusive Wi-Fi? In our connected world, this is a must-have!
It’s also very disappointing that they don’t even share the reception’s Wi-Fi, which would clearly be possible. I had to practically beg for it before they finally offered it as an option.
As there is no luggage storage!
The one thing that is truly outstanding is the staff. They are very friendly, hardworking, easygoing, and always provide service with a smile. ❤️ So, compliments to the staff!
But as for the actual hotel, I would say it’s only suitable for one night. If you stay for longer than that, you’ll probably be quite disappointed.

I wasn’t happy because we can hear the guest from the other room arguing all through the night, slamming doors shut loud and opening, we can hear everything so clearly.

Wouldn't recommend!!!
We stayed here for the day after arriving from Nadi International Airport to rest before travelling to Suva later that evening.
Unfortunately, the room was very dirty, with cockroaches running across the floor and on the bed. There was also a strong stale smell throughout the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and no towels were provided—we had to ask twice before receiving them.
When we raised the issues, we were informed that this was the best they could provide for the day because they were fully booked, despite our reservation having been made several months in advance.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and we would not recommend staying here.

Coming to the hotel we had high hopes. We were promised a nice looking, clean hotel, with three different pools with pool chairs. Already at check in, the personal was rude and unclear. We did not feel as welcomed as we wished. We were helped by the security guard, who was very nice and friendly, to our room.
Upon arrival we asked the staff if there was a place to eat som dinner since we were very tired. They guided us to the mall next door. Which, was closed. We ended up eating hungry jacks, just to later be told that the restaurant IN THE HOTEL was open the whole time. Maybe too lazy to make dinner for us? We don’t know. We tasted the food another day and a child could have made it better.
Opening the door to our room we quickly noticed that It did not look like the pictures. The shower was weird and sprayed water everywhere, the bedding had stains and it took 2 hours (10pm) to get towels. We had to go down and ask 4 different times until they gave us towels.
The fridge was so cold that our things, froze over night and they only cleaned our room one time under 5 days.
In conclusion, we’re very disappointed in our stay, even though it worked out, it was not what we expected. We also felt like it was far away from everything.

Avoid at all cost.
Avoid. Arrived at night. Paid $50 deposit. Gave me the Tv and a/con remote. But No towel. Are you joking. Had to wait till 9 pm until it arrived from the laundry.. My advice just go to Mercure - Lovely breakfast, friendly staff and rooms.
